Traveling-is more like a therapy

Traveling is something that always fascinates me and I like to travel a lot. It is a source of enjoyment in my life and gives me pleasure. Also it helps to refresh our body and mind and for me it feels like therapy. Traveling gives me chances to remove the burden of life and enjoy every breath. So you can say that traveling is my favorite hobby but it works as a therapy for me.

I'm a person who loves to be surrounded by the beauty of nature. When I go to a new place and explore the beauty of it, which can be a small village or a beautiful mountain or sea, the magic in the air of that area gives me some kinda energy to think creatively. It helps me to remove all the anxieties and stress and make me relax and chill. I've visited so many places in Bangladesh such as Rangamati, Bandarban, Jaflong in Sylhet, Saint Martin, Cox's Bazar, Sreemangal, Sundarbans and so on. But my personal favorite is Cox's Bazar. The beautiful sea and the beach can take away all my miseries just at a glance.  The beauty of nature always amazed me and gave me peace and Bangladesh is a land of incredible natural beauty. I've been a city gi

rl ever since I was a little girl . I grew up in Dhaka which is a city full of people and there are crowds everywhere. As an introverted person, it sometimes feels devastating to live in a city of 8 million people. Maybe that's why I like to travel a lot. It is what makes me happy and lets me become diverse and think bigger. I have a dream of traveling the whole world one day. This world is full of secrets and nature holds the most of it. So devoting myself to nature is what is known as traveling to me.

People spend their money on therapy but for me visiting a new place works like magic which is better than therapy to me. When I was only eight years old, my father used to take me to Shishu Park every Friday just to give me a break from the boring school life. Going to Shishu Park on weekends and having ice cream was the most wanted thing for me back then. Those good old days are always the best. I'm getting lost in memories. So where was I? Yes, I was talking about how traveling works like therapy for me. For example, when my SSC result came out, I got a GPA 5 but not straight A plus on every subject because I was short on two marks in Chemistry to get an A plus on that subject. That time I felt like I'm not worth living and my whole world shattered. I was going through depression and then all of a sudden,  after a week, my parents took me on a tour to Sajek for a few days. And when I was in Sajek, I felt like nothing happened in my life and the beautiful view felt like paradise to me. I enjoyed every moment of our stay at Sajek and this is how traveling from place to place works like rebooting my brain which makes me feel like I'm a whole new person. It sounds kinda dramatic but it is true. I feel so glad to be able to see the diversity of nature and feel the amazing sense of peace while roaming around in nature.
